Q - If I am interested what do I do now?

If you are interested in your own bespoke whisky please contact us for more information. We believe in a personal service so we would be delighted to come and meet you to discuss all possible options and allow you to sample the whisky, as well as showing you some finished products at a time that is convenient for you.

Q - Do you supply for events?

If you have an event coming up and would like to have a personalised whisky, be it a miniature for those in attendance, personalised bottles on the tables, for tastings or to sell to raise funds for a charity, then we can help.

Q - What is the lead time to supply your own label whisky?

A - If you are a new customer it takes from 2 - 5 weeks to have your labels designed and printed. It really depends on how many proofs we do to make sure the label satisfies all your requirements; we won't go to print until the customer is 100% happy. Once the initial print is done, or if you are an existing customer, we will deliver your whisky the week after the order is placed. We understand that sometimes situations arise where stock is needed in a hurry; if this is the case we will do our best to meet the deadline - we haven't disappointed yet!

Q - Is there a minimum order?

A - The minimum order is only 1 case of any bottle size. For 70cl bottles that is 6 bottles, for 20cl bottles it is 24 bottles and there are 96 bottles in a case of miniatures. Some own label companies have been known to stipulate a minimum order of 30 cases.

Q - Are there set up costs involved?

A - To allow us to keep the unit price of the whisky as keen as possible and so that there are no ridiculous minimum order requirements we do have some initial design and printing costs that are attached to your first order. Once they are paid, you just pay for your whisky, so if you don't change the label there will be no more charges ever!

Q - How can I re-order?

A - Re-ordering is simple: you can give us a call or re-order online. If you would like to change your existing label then please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a time to discuss your requirements to make sure you are always happy with your product.

Q - Do you do one-off orders?

A - There is no order too small for us. We enjoy taking on new customers whether it is to create a long-term relationship or just to satisfy a once in a life time opportunity.

Q - Are there other expressions of Tullibardine available for own label?

A - If one of our standard expressions is not what you are looking for please do get in touch as there are other options available on a limited basis.

Q - Can I try the whisky?

A - If you are considering using us and you want to make sure the whisky tastes as good as we say, samples are available on request.

Q - Do you provide packaging for the whisky?

A - We supply a variety of presentation tubes and boxes for all sizes of bottles. If what we do is not exactly what you require we can have packaging designed specifically to your needs. Please see our presentation solutions page or contact us for more information.

Q - What are your payment terms?

A - We have a strict 30 day payment policy.
