2012 marks the centenary of Captain Robert Falcon Scott's ill-fated expedition to be first to reach the South Pole.

To honour this courageous but ultimately fatal endeavour Soilders, Sailors and Airmen from today's British Armed Forces are continuing this tradition of discovery and courage inspired by the bravery and stamina of their forebears.

The British Services Antarctic Expedition 2012 is venturing into the unexplored regions of the Antarctic Peninsula and shunning the now relatively well trodden path to the South Pole.

Like their heroic predecessors today's Antarctic Adventurers appreciate the superior quality and benefits of a "Wee Dram".

A donation of £5 from each sale of this unique bottle of 16 year old Single Highland Malt Scotch Whisky with a commemorative label goes directly towards the Expedition. Lt Col Paul Edwards who is the Expedition Leader has now pledged that all money raised from the sale of the whisky will be donated to Help for Heroes.
